Cancellation Policy:

No cancellation of order will be there after the final order.

Return Policy:

We do a 100% quality check for all our products before sending them out. In the rare case, we welcome returns on the following terms:

  • The product received does not match the item selected during order confirmation
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • We are not responsible if the product is received in a damaged condition.

Return Process:

Our return policy is applicable within 48 hours from receipt of the product for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing defect & incorrect product.
  • Please send us images of the incorrect product on info@honeyhutindia.com from where our team will check its eligibility of return.
  • Once your return request has been accepted, you have to ship the incorrect order to the address that we will give you. We will issue a replacement with the correct product once we will get the wrong product back. This entire process should take around 3-5 working days.

Refund Policy:

  • Please note that our policy does not support refund of money. Refunds can only be in the form of a product of credit note for our online store.
  • Replacement of the incorrect product with the correct product
